A Learning Lab with Dr. Jaime Bochantin

Influential leaders are masterful negotiators. Build consensus, discover new allies, and get more done by shifting focus away from the win, and getting to the win-win.  

We negotiate up to 300 times a day. But that doesn't make it easier. All too often we approach negotiation as an adversarial undertaking -- like our goals are contradictory to our negotiating partner’s goals.

Rather than competing, a win-win approach allows both sides to be successful, creating productive collaborations, building positive momentum for future negotiations and strengthening long-term relationships and partnerships – both within our organization, and in the rest of our lives.

During this one-day immersion, participants will gain negotiating skills through hard-hitting, hands on approaches. Interactions, in-class practice and deep exploration of your own motivations will change the way you step up to the bargaining table.

You will be learning from a top negotiation expert who has negotiated peace and labor treaties, helped broker million dollar deals, and hammered out high-stakes agreements around the globe, all while participating in a Learning Laboratory that creates space for you to practice with confidence and take part in negotiation scenarios alongside a diverse group of executives.

After “Get to the Win-Win: Effective Negotiations Immersion” you will be better equipped to lead at the bargaining table, with sharper negotiation skills and the strategies to negotiate in uncertain environments, deal with difficult people, establish trust, and manage conflict.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing. Send a note to the Executive Education Manager  indicating that you wish to cancel your enrollment.  Cancellations received 2 weeks before the start of the course will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the course start date will be entitled to a refund less a cancellation fee of 25% of the tuition cost. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after the course start date, or for no shows.  One transfer (to a subsequent offering within 12 months) or participant substitution is allowed per enrollment and must be received in writing.
